From January 17th until March 29th 2020, the ninth edition of the “Patrimoni Gastronòmic” event will be held in the city of Eivissa. During these days, thematic menus will be available to taste the gastronomy of countries or cities that are World Heritage Sites. These menus will be specifically created for the occasion. This proposal aims to pay tribute to the importance of gastronomy in the different countries to which UNESCO has awarded the “World Heritage” distinction. In addition to many restaurants offering local cuisine (from Ibiza, Mallorca and Cordoba), we find proposals from the cuisines of Vietnam, Peru, Mexico and Israel.
